Our Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is a powerful organisational software tool that enables vessels to reduce their operational expenses. It sits within the same platform as the iRAMS telemetry system, ensuring that any useful information created by iRAMS will automatically populate the PMS and can be viewed through the same screen.

Our PMS is a sophisticated but easy to use application that enables Marine Engineers and Operations Managers to control their vessel’s maintenance tasks more cost effectively. The software enables users to plan, monitor, record and implement complex maintenance tasks, including compliance reporting and innovative predictive maintenance monitoring.

Our PMS software allows both the ship’s crew and the office-based team to manage daily checks, stock levels and routine procedures for the whole vessel. They can use the system to record when tasks have been completed, attach comprehensive history, pictures and notes, request new parts, or maintain stock (if required). From medical supplies to the main engine, every piece of equipment on board can be listed together along with any associated work procedures. Thanks to its modular architecture, the software can be introduced in ‘simple to implement’ segments, with optional added value functionality to meet the needs of individual vessels.

The PMS home page uses a simple traffic light system to highlight any equipment that requires attention, and indicates dates when tasks are due. Any update made on the ship’s system is automatically made available to view in the shorebased office application, ready for the relevant manager to review and monitor.
